Rho 信息傳導可調控神經細胞生理功能

近期研究發現，茯苓水相萃取物、MK-801與ketamine皆可透過調節Rho 信息傳來導調控神經細胞生理功能。

  • 建立中草藥緩和慢性MK-801誘發動物過動模型
  • 建立中草藥緩和慢性ketamine/amphetamine誘發動物過動模型

以動物模型探討中草藥透過Rho信息傳導路徑改變神經細胞構造（neuron plasticity）進而緩和ketamine/amphetamine誘發動物慢性過動症可能性。

茯苓水相萃取物可緩解MK-801誘發小鼠急性過動症

精神疾病藥物，如ketamine會引發精神疾病症狀與異常行為，其動物行為模型常運用於精神疾病相關研究，抗精神疾病藥物能緩解精神疾病症狀，但抗精神疾病藥物作用的分子機轉尚不清楚，目前團隊嘗試以藥物分子作用機轉的基礎研究結合動物行為觀察來解釋形成精神疾病臨床症狀的可能原因。
