近期研究發現,茯苓水相萃取物、MK-801與ketamine皆可透過調節Rho 信息傳來導調控神經細胞生理功能。

- 建立中草藥緩和慢性ketamine/amphetamine誘發動物過動模型
以動物模型探討中草藥透過Rho信息傳導路徑改變神經細胞構造(neuron plasticity)進而緩和ketamine/amphetamine誘發動物慢性過動症可能性。
茯苓水相萃取物可緩解MK-801誘發小鼠急性過動症
